White Paper Games is bringing their adventure puzzler Ether One to PS4.

Originally released on the PC, Ether One is a first person adventure game that puts players in the role of an individual known as a Restorer, a person who must project himself into the mind of people with mental illnesses to restore their memories.

Ether One features the ability for players to walk down two paths of gameplay. On one hand, they have the choice to casually enjoy the game’s immersive story at their own pace free from the struggle of solving puzzles. While on the other, the player can experience an even deeper gameplay experience by solving the game’s many complex and cryptic puzzles.

As opposed to being a simple port of the game, White Paper Games is rebuilding Ether One from the ground up using the Unreal Engine 4.

Ether One’s release date on the PS4 has yet to be announced but we will be sure to keep you posted.
